Yoga and meditation every morning and evening with Morgan plus special workshops and bush walks to restore and inspire body and soul.

YOGA & MEDITATION
Dynamic Hatha Yoga (every morning) — a strength building and heating practice designed for all levels, safe and supportive for beginners, with challenges and modifications for experienced yogis.
Yin Yoga (every afternoon) — a slow and gentle practice designed to stretch and open the body as well as deeply restore and nurture.
Meditation (throughout) — meditation will be incorporate into every yoga session as well as many of the workshops. In addition special yoga nidra meditations will be offered in the afternoons.
- Opening Fire Ritual — Winter is a time of release and reconnection. We’ll harness the powerful element of Fire to open our hearts and souls to release that which no longer serves us.
- Ayurveda for Winter — Explore your Ayurvedic constitution and guidelines for eating and living in alignment with the season to find vibrant health in Winter.
- Nature Embodied Bush Walk — A mindfulness meditation bush walk to deepen our connection with, and understanding of, nature around and within us.
- Set Your Soul Free with EFT — Learn a powerful technique to break through limiting beliefs, bad habits and negative self talk that holds you back from expanding your soul.
- Spirit Expanded Vision Boarding — Create a vision board to take home and keep you connected to all the insights and inspiration. Set intensions and watch your power of creation when it comes from a clear and recharged soul.
Yanada Retreat Center less than 2hrs drive north of Sydney yet hidden and remote in a lush valley teaming with vibrant bush and a meandering river. Just past Wisemans Ferry adjoining the Yengo National Park, it is a place filled with birdsongs and peace, access to multiple bushwalking trails and near the quaint historic St. Alban village.

This spacious retreat centre is made for relaxing! Find your own peaceful space on the wrap around balcony full of comfy chairs and hammocks overlooking stunning bush. Take an afternoon dip in the large swimming pool or curl up with a book by the fireplace on the plush couches in the massive living room. The beautiful fully equiped yoga space opens out to gum trees and morning light and six bright and cosy bedrooms will make you feel right at home.

Morgan’s retreat was the prefect way to reconnect with myself, other yogis and nature.As a mum with no family nearby, I forget to recharge my batteries and nurture myself. The Spring Retreat with Morgan was such a wonderful way to renew and rejuvenate for the new season.
The setting was peaceful and there was a real sense of community amongst the participants which made it so easy to connect. Morgan really enabled us to all feel comfortable and was the most beautiful host. Her passion and guidance through the workshops and yoga were truly inspiring and it was genuinely so lovely to be in her presence. I wish I could do it all again……..hopefully soon! Thanks Morgan.
